  • Personal information is collected when you make an order with us, this will include Name(s), address, email and possibly telephone number should we ask.

How is your data used on Netwales.

  • Analytics data is used solely for our own purposes, see which countries our customers are coming from, time spent on site and which products are browsed more often than others. This lets us tweak the store so most popular products are easily found.
  • Your personal information is used for delivery purposes only. We may contact by email only to update you on your delivery status. We will not send out unsolicited mail or email nor make unsolicited phone calls which are not related to the status of your order.
